• Smoking (RF)

• ADPKD

Investigation

• CT Urogram (Triphasic CT)
• Renal biopsy recommended when pursuing watchful waiting to confirm diagnosis

Treatment

• Small renal masses (<3cm) may be observed with serial imaging
• Nephrectomy
  • Nephron-sparing surgery (partial nephrectomy) preferred when possible
  • Special considerations needed for bilateral tumors, poor baseline renal function, or tumors in a solitary kidney
