!Alcohol Withdrawal (5 dy) :
- Uncomplicated: 20mg q1-2hr, until CIWA -A/B(< 10) < 10
- Complicated: 20mg q1 hr, load with 3x for complicated withdrawal. Then start CIWA -A/B(< 10)
Prevention of Specific Phobia: prior to specific triggers
