• High risk for
  • !Pre-eclampsia
  • Complicated delivery, shoulder!Dystocia, needing C-Section
  • At higher risk of developing Diabetes Mellitus later in life.

3 xRandom Glucose (2.5 - 6) → If all low, admit to NICU

Criteria:

• LGA (> 90%) or born from GDM mom:
  • They upregulated their own insulin, out of environment now so low supply
  • Will adapt, but takes couple days
• SGA (<10%) or Prematurity
  • R/o insulin resistance, supply problem
