• 1st order: Hypothalamus to C8 – T1 lateral horn
  • Tumor, trauma, !Lateral Medullary Syndrome (VA), MS - Multiple Sclerosis
• 2ed order: C8 – T1 lateral horn: through apex of the ling – SCG
  • Lung Cancer (Pancoast tumor), Trauma → Chest CT
• 3rd order: SCG: through ICA → V1 → to eye muscles
  • Carotid Artery Dissection → MR angiogram
• *2 and 3 are most commonly injured
