Procedure
- Taken at right radial artery
- Very hard to take
- Important to take if the Pt have suspected respiratory problem
- VBG doesn’t have PaO2 information
Normal values
- (pH/PaCO2/PaO2/HCO3)
- (7.4/40/100/24)

Go through ALL 5 steps

*Note: 3 is wrong → Resp AC should be 1/3 (acute vs. chronic), Resp AK should be 2/5 (acute vs. chronic)
