Treatment

1. Combivent®
   • SABA (rescuer) + SAMA (M3) for additional bronchodilation
2. ICS (’onide’, ‘asone’)
3. PO Oral Corticosteroid (OCS)
4. If failure to respond to therapy after 1-2 hours: hospital administration
