Presentation

• Rapid rising of ICP (4-11 mmHg)
• Headache → progressive Somnolence
• Upward Vertical Gaze Palsy (Parinaud's syndrome) → due to pressure on midbrain tectum
• Coma (GCS ≤ 8) and Death
