Aetiology:

Primary

• Mostly iatrogenic
• Adrenal adenoma
• Adrenal carcinoma
• Primary bilateral nodular adrenal cortical disease
  • very rare, onset age: 4 yr, present with sub-clinical Cushing
  • reversable, treat the underlying condition
