More noticeable in peri-menopausal, 10 day before period
- Collection of fluid
- Come and go, cyclical
- No role of draining -> but if you drain and it goes away - that is the diagnosis
- Still want Mammogram (if first presentation)
Simple: thin wall, no solid
Complex: solid and cystic components
