Crieria:
- Elevation of JVP and diminishment of y descent
- Pulsus Paradoxus → RUN IN Test
- Muffled heart sound
- **Chest Oppression → sinking on the inside, no SOB

Complication of Pericardial Fluid
Pericardiocentesis
- Location:
- subxiphoid
- Mid clavicular line 5th ICS
ECG findings:
- Decreased QRS amplitude
- Electrical Alternans (different QRS amplitude)
