2. Traction
   • Long pull to fatigue the muscle that causes deformity
   • Re-alignment
3. Reversal of Deformity

Emergency Closed Reduction

• Gross Displacement (GD) (inhumane)
  • !Open Fracture (GD) - tension of soft tissue, hemostasis)
  • Vascular Injury of Fracture (GD + impalpable pulse) – unkink vessels
