  • From transitional zone
• Prostatitis : Enlarged + tender
• Prostate cancer : Hard + irregular contour +/- nodule
• Approach:
  • On the spot: Trans-rectal US biopsy (gold standard) OR multi-parametric MRI (75%)
  • F/O: Send the patient to PSA +/-
