Common, Benign breast tumor

Investigations

• FNA → straw-coloured fluid
• Core or excisional biopsy if concern for phyllodes tumour

Management

• Follow up with serial ultrasound Q6 (*2, x 4)
• Rapidly growing, size > 3cm, persistent symptomatic = surgical referral
