• T = intubated, cannot score the verbal session (get a 1)

Motor (6)

• 2-Step Commands (6):
  • Squeeze my hand and then let go".
  • "Open your mouth and stick out your tongue".
  • "Lift your right arm off the bed and make a fist".
• Localize Pain (5): Squeeze trap → patient reaches
• Withdraws (4): Squeeze nail bed firmly → withdrawal
• Posturing (3 or 2): Painful stimuli → Decorticate (M3) vs. Decerebrate (M2) Posture
