• Persistent Gender Dysphoria
• Capacity to make full informed decision → Demonstrate knowledge of the anticipated effect and benefit of hormones as well as risks
• If significant medical or mental health concerns present, they must be reasonably controlled
  • CVD - Atherosclerosis
  • VTE (Estrogen increase risk)
