Presentation

Signs and Symptoms

• Acute: growing, tender
• Chronic: fibrotic, unlikely to respond to hormone therapy

Hx

• Mediacation Hx
• FMHx of gynocomastia, Breast cancer

Investigation

Physical Exam

• Rubbery texture (glandular tissue)
• Circumferential
• Search for signs of Hypogonadism
