1. Emergency Neurosurg Consult

1. If !Malignant HTN (220/130) is the cause:
   1. Maintain sBP < 140 and MAP > 70
2. If Head Trauma
   1. Increased ICP + cerebral hypo-perfusion → would often have reflective hypertension (Cushing’s Reflex)
   2. Do not attempt to use beta-blocker and diuretic (worsen cerebral hypo-perfusion, may cause ischemic stroke in previously health area)
   3. Only attempt to manage the Increased ICP when the patient’s pupil dilate (almost gonna die)
