  • Preferred for clearing out toxin
    • Methanol
    • Ethylene glycol
  • Concern:
    • Electrolyte imbalance
    • Hemodynamic instability (BP change)
      • If it happens
        • slow down -> turn the knob to become SLEDD
        • vasopressor (Epi, etc.)
        • Put Arterial line in to monitor BP
