• Obesity (BMI (18.5 - 25))
  • 5 kg weight loss = 50% risk reduction
• Knee Join Injury
  • Meniscal tear (4-6x)
    • Partial meniscectomy (4-6x)
  • ACL Tear
    • 50% with Knee OA in 10-20 yrs, more in Female
• Knee mal-alignment
