  • Chronic - degenerative
• Deep, anterior Shoulder Pain
• Associated:
  • mechanical clicking, catching, instability
  • Dead Arm Sensation
• Physical exams
  • Labrum provocative maneuvers

Investigation

• MRI with Contrast

Treatment

1st line: Conservative Management

• RICE (Soft Tissue Injury)
• Tear don’t repair itself

2ed line: Arthroscopic Surgery

• Arthroscopic repair if
  • Symptom > 6 mon.
  • AND significantly interfering with QoL
