Severe Optic neuritis (blinding, don’t recover bilateral)

Transverse Myelitis → !Myelopathy (extending whole cord axially and longitudinally)

Acute Brainstem syndrome → bulbar symptom

+/- Symptomatic Narcolepsy or diencephalon syndrome

SLE - Lupus, RA - Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sjogren’s Disease

Very disabling
