• NSTEMI (Patchy myocyte necrosis, subendocardial infarction),

*ST depression is not as localized

Signs

• Contiguous leads:
  • ST depression: ST (J) vs TP baseline (after T wave) > 0.5 mm
  • TWI

*Can present as normal ECG, need to check Troponin
