Treat Influenza

• NA inhibitors inhibit the NA protein present on both influenza A and B, blocking the influenza virus from fusing with the host cell membrane.
• Two drugs in this class are available:
  • oseltamivir, which is administered orally,
  • zanamivir, which is inhaled.
