- Erythromycin gel on the eyes, Vitamin K (hemolytic disease of the newborn)
- Supplement, OTM
- herbal remedy (e.g. St. John's wort),
Allergies (after 6 month)
- Cow's milk protein allergy (CMPA)
  - Not a true allergy. Some people get more sensitive to casein
  - Look like liver failure
- Galactosemia
Family Hx

  - “It’s helpful for us to get to a sense of the genetic inheritance of the family. Is there any other relationship between you two, apart from marriage, such as blood, like first cousin, sibling”?
- Genetic conditions, metabolic disorders
Social Hx
- Family situation
  - “Is there anyone else who live in the home with you?”
- Finance
  - “How do you support yourself?”
- Substance use
  - Any chance the baby can get access to these substances?
- Botox risk: honey, construction places
Immunization (start after 2 month)
- Schedule different based on providences
  - 2 mon: age susceptible to the most severe complication of these diseases
Development Milestones
- 2 mon. = lifting head and smile
- 6 mon. = sitting with support
- 12 mon. = first steps
- 2 yr old and older: everything with language is correlated to age
  - 2 = 2 step com, ½ words, ½ intelligible, 2 word-phrases
  - 3 = 2 step com, 2/3 words, 2/3 intelligible, 3 word-phrases
  - 4 = very intelligible, count to 4, name 4 body parts/colour

    - Latching: how well can the baby suckle the nipple

  - Acting like they normally do? Fulzzier, playful? After Tylenol, how did that change?
