Effect:

• Anti-platelet, prevent platelet aggregation, stop further thromboxin production and platelet degranualtion.

Conditions:

• CAD

MOA:

• Block Intracellular ADP binding to P2Y12 (a GPCR) → prevent downstream GP activation

Adverse Effect:

• Bleeding
• Dyspnea ( Ticragrelor)
• Interferes with Morphine
