• Dyspnea (Sudden onset SOB)
• Low O2 sat.
• Acute Cor pulmonale :
  • Syncope
  • Cynosis
  • Cough (w/ blood)
• Symptoms or Hx of DVT

Risk factors

• Same as DVT
