• Hb > 165/160
• hypercellularBM
• JAK2 mutation

1 Minor

• Low serum EPO

Full Criteria

Treatment

• ASA 80 mg
• DVT prophylaxis (if high risk for venous blood)
  • Hx pf DVT - therapeutic dose
• CV risk factor management
