Triad of

• Ipsilateral Facial weakness/paralysis (Bell’s Palsy)

  • Indicate poor prognosis of recovery for Bell’s Palsy

• otalgia

• vesicles near the ear and auditory canal (can also involve hard palate, tongue)

  

  

Treatment

• AVT
• Eye care (prevent cornea abrasion 2/2 to eyelid not closing)
