• Have you done the exam before? Have it been difficult?
• Ask patient to change in private

Position

• Modified lithotomy Position or Dorsal lithotomy Position
  • Scoop down, Buttock just at the edge
• These position helps with better visualization (if needed)

Drapping

• Hospital gown, no underwear
• Drape the thigh
