• Male GU Exam (Testis, Penis)
  • Dx often delayed 6-9 months as young men postpone seeking care
• Evaluate:
  • Scrotal US
  • Biomarker (seminoma, non-seminoma, germ cell lesion…)
    • AFP
    • b-HCG
    • LDH
• NO BIOPSY → Risk of seeding

Treatment

• Radical Inguinal Orchiectomy
  • Testicular implant? Prosthetic?
• Platinum-Based Chemo
  • One of the only solid tumor that can be cured with metastatic disease
  • Survival > 95%
  • Sperm-banking?
