Crieria:

• Elevation of JVP and diminishment of y descent
• Pulsus Paradoxus → RUN IN Test
• Muffled heart sound
• **Chest Oppression → sinking on the inside, no SOB

Complication of Pericardial Fluid

Pericardiocentesis

• Location:
  • subxiphoid
  • Mid clavicular line 5th ICS

ECG findings:

• Decreased QRS amplitude
• Electrical Alternans (different QRS amplitude)
