• DDx broad - trauma, toxin, metabolic, autoimmune…

• CK
• !AKI - Acute Kidney Injury work-up

Complications

• Myoglobinuria → !AKI - Acute Kidney Injury
• Hypocalcemia ↓ Ca (< 2.2) → Long QT (> 460 in F, -10 in M), !Seizure
• !Hyperkalemia - ↑K (> 5) → !Cardiac Arrest
