• qSOFA (<2/3) (RR ≥ 22, BP < 100)
• SIRS (<2/4) (Temp > 38/<26, WBC >12/<14, RR > 20, HR > 90)
• In UHN, NEWS2 ≥ 5 + SIRS (<2/4) 2/4 = NEWS2 Sepsis Pathway = Sepsis Order Set
