
- Vasoconstriction → Increased BP
- Activate Aldosterone → Increased Na excretion and K retention → Increase ECFV
- Activates ADH → Increase total body fluid
- Increase Na retention → Increased
- Increased GFR (> 125 L/dy) when BP is low (by acting on the Efferent Arteriole )
- Which is why ACEi is contraindicated in Bilateral Renal Artery Stenosis
