Half Life and Onset Table

The LOT benzodiazpines (**L**orazepam, **O**xazepam, and **T**amazepam are metabolized via glucuronidation (Phase II metabolism), which is less dependent on global liver function. Thus, these benzodiazepines can be used in individuals with severe liver impairment.
