Indications:

• Young age
• 1 vessel: Left main coronary artery stenosis > 50%
• 2 vessels: proximal LAD and proximal circumflex > 70%
• 3 vessels: any 3 left coronary artery > 70% + LV dysfunction

Grafts Donors

• Internal thoracic/mammary arteries

• Saphenous veins from the leg (harvested open or endoscopically)

• Radial artery (after confirming adequate collateral circulation via Allen's test)
