2. Saddle Sensation Test → Saddle (perineal) anaesthesia

3. !BBD
   1. urinary retention (unable to void), followed by urinary overflow
      • “Cannot pee? Have you pee since the onset of the pain?”
      • Urinary retention
   2. unrecognized fecal incontinence
      • “Have you ever soiled your pant?”
      • Fecal incontinence

Treatment

• Surgical Emergency → Call Ambulance
  • 48 hours window before permanent damage
• Decompression surgery/vertebral disc dissection
