Signs and Symptoms

• Clinical presentation (HPI):
  • Lung symptoms
  • Joint symptoms (may appear before or after the lung symptoms)
    • arthritis, arthralgia, skin rashes, myalgia, muscle weakness
  • CREST Syndrome, RA - Rheumatoid Arthritis

• FHx of SARD

Investigation

Tests

• CXR - Chest X ray → Lower Lobe ILD
• Scleroderma work-up:
  • Anti-centromere
  • Anti-ScL-70

Management

First line

Oral Corticosteroid (OCS)

Second line

Anti-fibrotics
