      • TSH (< 5)
    • test for Cushing’s syndrome ↑
  • Test for PCOS after other causes are ruled out
    • Random Glucose (2.5 - 6) , HbA1c (< 6.5)
    • Pelvic US
  • test for IGSH
    • Dexamethasone Suppression Test
  • If suspected maligancy:
    • Ovarian cancer → TVUS (Gyne)
    • Adrenal carcinoma → Abdominal CT
