• Idiopathic NTM disease (not sure why body don’t tolerate NTM anymore)
• Classic presentation:
  • Chronic Cough
  • Sputum (productive cough)
  • CXR - Chest X ray → RML / Lingala shows
    • nodules and Bronchiectasis
