Presentation

• Fluctuating Aural fullness
• Vertigo → minutes to hours, transient
  • 2 or more spontaneous attack lasting 20 min +
• SNHL affecting lower frequency + Tinnitus
• Lateral nystagmus

Investigation

• Hearing Test (Audiologist) → unilateral lower frequency loss
