    • Eye: increased outflow
      • 80% Trabecular meshwork
      • 20% other tissue (uveo-sclero outflow)
  • A/E:
    • Local to eyes
      • Iris colour change (darkening usually)
      • Lash lengthening (reversible)
      • Pigmentation of skin around the eye - irreversible
      • PG-associated periorbitopathy
        • Sunkened
        • Deep sulcus
    • Systemic PG Side effects
      • N/V - Nausea/vomitting
      • Fever
      • Diarrhea
