Sampling
- Start with Speculum Exam
- Insert endocervical brush without touhing the sides
- Rotate the brush 5 times, 360 degree, CW
- Remove without touhing the sides
- Transfer to the sample contain by sweeping the brush against the wall of the container
- Break off the brush and leave it in the container
- Close the container and label the sample
New: Cervical Screening Test
Cervical Sample → HPV DNA Test (+/- automatic cytology if possible)
Q5 yr
If positive → Pap smear
