XR Findings

• Lysis: lower BMD
• Sclerosis: higher BMD

Causes

1. (MAJORITY) BONE Metastasis
2. IML
   • Infection , MM - Multiple Myeloma , Lymphoma
3. Primary tumor exists, but very rare
   • Osteosarcoma

Management

• Biopsy
• Primary: Surgical Resection and reconstruction
• Metastatic: Stabilization only
• Chemotherapy, Radiation Therapy
