• ≥ 2 Fall in past year
• Any Fragility Fracture ≥ 40 yr
• Oral Corticosteroid (OCS) use ≥ Prednisone 5 mg for 3 mon. in past year
• Parental Hx of Hip Fracture

• Current Smoking (RF)
• Current Alcohol (RF) ≥ 3 drinks per day

• Causes of secondary OP
• BMI (18.5 - 25) < 20 kg/m
