• Treat for !Sepsis
• Investigations:
  • CBC, sCr (60-100 umol/L)
  • Blood Culture, Urine culture
  • Abdominal CT (No contrast)
• Treatment
  • ABCs (primary survey)
    • IV Fluid Resuscitation
    • IV Anti-Microbial
  • Alleviate obstruction
    • Ureteric stent
    • Nephrostomy tube
  • Do not remove the stone → bacteria will spread
