Examples:
Effect: 1-2% decrease in A1C → increase insulin release
Conditions: T2DM , ↑ Hyperglycemia (> 7)
*Does not work for T1DM at all as T1 does not have beta cell
CI: CKD (eGFR < 50), Frailty
Side effects: Hypoglycemia ↓( ≤ 4)
