Electrolyte (K Potassium (3.5-5), Uric acid , Ca Calcium (2.2-2.5) , PO4 - Phosphate (0.8-1.5 mmol/L**)** )

Renal function & volume status: (sCr (60-100 umol/L)), U/O - Urine output (0.5-1 cc/kg/h), BUN - Blood Urea Nitrogen

Cell Lysis: LDH

2+, within 3 days or 7 days before cytotoxic therapy, 25% increase or laboratory finding:

• !Hyperkalemia - ↑K (> 5)
• Hyperuricemia ↑
• Hyper-phosphatemia ↑PO4
• Hypocalcemia ↓ Ca (< 2.2)

1+, Clinical signs of end-organ damage

• !AKI - Acute Kidney Injury
• !Arrhythmia or sudden death
