Pathogenesis
- Progressive growth, some time for collateral
- Lead to !CLI - Critical Limb Ischemia (6Ps, 6h) IF there is a concurrent reduction in CO
- Systemic reduction in limb perfusion, contralateral pulse would be weak as well
- Urgent Tm focus on the underlying disease

Signs and Symptoms
- Thrombotic occlusion: asymptomatic
- May be claudication
