EL → Elevated Liver Enzymes
LP → Low Plt Thrombocytopenia ↓
Clinical presentation
- RUQ or epigastric pain, nausea, vomiting
- Headache, visual changes, hypertension (though BP can be modest)
- Proteinuria (variable)
- Edema and sometimes jaundice
- In severe cases: hepatic rupture, DIC, or renal failure
